Returns & Warranty:

    •    30-day returns (item must be unused and in original packaging)

    •    Buyer covers return shipping

    •    Refund will be given minus the cost of our original postage + 15% restocking fee

    •    12-month warranty on manufacturing defects

    •    Warranty covers part only, not labor or fitting

    •    Professional installation required to maintain warranty

Return Eligibility

“We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is:
✅ Unused and in its original packaging
✅ Not installed or damaged
✅ Includes all original accessories (if applicable)”

Non-Returnable Items

“Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
❌ Used or installed parts
❌ Electrical components (ECUs, sensors, etc.)
❌ Custom or special-order parts”

Refund or Exchange Process
    •    Step 1: Contact us at ymsautoparts@gmail.com with your order details.
    •    Step 2: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
    •    Step 3: Ship the item back to us (buyer covers return shipping). Refund will be given minus the cost of our original postage + 15% restocking fee
    •    Step 4: Once received, we process refunds/exchanges within 5-7 business days.
